Society, Guns, and School.
I fully agree. It's a hard problem. But thinking about it in only one frame is not going to give us good solutions.
I do believe there's a mental health crisis in the country within the youth that needs attention, but the law is not unfair. Our justice system is built to find the minute differences between a depressed kid issuing empty threats, and a dangerous kid intending to kill people. If the intention is made, steps are taken, and a weapon is introduced, I believe the Terrorism charge is valid.
